Who Do We Ship With?

We primarily ship with DPD, but may also use another courier depending on order size. 

Email notification is provided with all courier details once items are shipped out of our warehouse

Where Do We Ship To?

We can deliver anywhere in the UK. There is sometimes a surcharge for Northern Ireland, the Highlands of Scotland and islands such as the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Chanel Islands. These delivery areas may also take longer to deliver to then what is advertised on our website, due to our delivery companies own schedules. 

Please contact us to double check on these locations – it will also depend on the overall size of the parcel.

What Is Our Delivery Turnaround Time?

On each product page is a delivery countdown timer.

We aim to get every order out on a next day delivery if ordered by 4pm. 

*Please note this is not 100% guaranteed next day delivery. 

Can I Walk In And Collect?

Please get in touch with our team via email or phone. 

We have large scale machinery and cannot allow people to walk into our warehouse, this needs to be agreed before arrival. 

Can I order Bespoke Boxes?

This is not something we currently offer on our website, but may be able to help. Please get in touch via phone or email.
